Website - Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 3 days from the day you receive your order.

This applies for our Whatsapp orders only. If it has been more than 3 days after you receive the order, refunds will no longer be provided.

To be eligible for a refund, customer must be able to provide receipt or proof of purchase (photo) evidence that their item is spoiled, missing or unreachable to our customer service for further arrangement.

All approved refunds will be in the form of the customer's original payment received by IJusFruits Sdn Bhd.

Fruit Replacements/ Exchange:

If your order has an item that is not available in stock, IJusFruits reserves the right to exchange to the equivalence or higher fruits as the replacement.

This auto replacement policy applies to fruit boxes or fruit baskets.

Customers who received fruits replacement will only be refunded if the fruits provided are spoiled or inedible. Photographic evidence of spoiled fruit must be provided.

Shipping

Deliveries from IJusFruits will be done within 1-2 days based on available slots.

There are occasions where we are unable to provide deliveries - please expect delivery on the next day.

Occasionally, our delivery partner may not be able to reach you in the selected time frame.

Please be patient and be aware of Whatsapp/calls/sms communications you may receive.

If your place of residence (eg. Condo/gated community) has SOPs or a delivery table, IJusFruits delivery will contact you via sms/call before handing it over to your community manager.

It is the customer's obligation to check and contact their community manager for their orders.

IJusFruits will not provide a refund if the customer fails to check and collect their order from the delivery table/condo management.
