We are open between 9am - 9pm.

Can i pick up at your shop?

Yes, you can pick up the items at our retail shop below, please call before coming over as we can prepare the items upfront for you.

Yes you can, additional charges will be required.

We accept online FPX transfer, debit card, credit card, e-wallet (Boost, GrabPay, TouchnGo etc).

How do you ensure freshness of the fruits?

Our fruits are handpicked and delivered to us on daily basis. From there, our fruits expert will select the Premium Fresh fruits and deliver to your doorstep.

What if the fruits delivered are faulty or spoiled or incorrect item or missing item?

We are deeply sorry. Please provide us with photos of your item and include a short description along with your order number and send to [email protected] OR send a message in Whatsapp (+6011-13042731). We will review the photo provided and will advice our next action accordingly. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will follow the refund policy as shown on the website. All approved refunds will be in the form of the customer's original payment received by IJusFruits Sdn Bhd..

What if I am not in at the time of delivery?

Kindly let us know if you won't be around on the delivery date OR we can't contact you upon delivery, we can arrange for a re-attempt delivery (RM20 charge will be imposed).
